2.  After reviewing all the information listed above, click the Application Form button (below) to begin the process. 
    

• The application takes about 10 minutes to complete. It is possible to save your progress and complete it at a later time.
   

• If your application is accepted, there will be a few more steps to completing registration.  For those taking the course with practicum, you will be required to sign a Participant Agreement Form (PAF) and a Teacher Contract. Additionally,  participants will need to provide personal information at this point in order to be screened for a background check (non-US applicants may have other requirements).  This is necessary since participants are placed directly in our live online classrooms with students to fulfill their teaching practicum hours.  Promise does not collect your private information;  we utilize Checkr, a secure third-party system.
